- Monitor and governance Company Project portfolio to ensure projects being delivered on time and meets expectation from Business Users in terms of cost, timeline, resources,…
- Collaborate with other departments to drive the execution of full project cycle following processes (SSDLC; PMO)
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Provide portfolio updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
- Take part in budget planning annually by preparing/ reviewing and get approval for budget in a year
- Monitor, review and provide analysis report on basis to ensure budget is used efficiently and effectively
- Perform ad hoc analysis when required
Yêu cầu công việc
1) Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Computer, Computer Engineering or Project management related fields
2) Experience:
• At least 1 year experience in the similar position
• Experience in Life Insurance is an advantage
3) Skills:
• Good in project management skill
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good communication (both verbal and writing) skills
• Able to work under high pressure
• Able to work independently and good working relationship with other departments
• Vendor Management
