- Hardware configuration and installation (PCs, printers, servers, network- and phone devices)
- Hardware break and fix for all standard and site-specific hardware of Hella
- Software break and fix for all standard and site-specific software of Hella
- Hardware upgrades
- On-site and remote installation of software
- Data back-up of client systems
- Configuration of network devices
- Contact to central IT for any IT-issues related to Hella global IT (changes of standards, escalations, specific IT project related issues)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education in IT area or other relevant technical fields/ specialization
Win 10 knowledge (features, specifics, installation parameters)
- Basic knowledge about software installation, user groups and typical hardware interfaces
- Basic network knowledge (IP addresses, name servers, domains)
- Open minded person, willing to learn new technologies or to improve knowledge, have initiative, result and quality oriented, self-determination
- Enjoy being a team player and working in a servicing area
- Advanced English language skills (mandatory)
