Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of software quality assurance including defining our QC strategy, establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
• Leading and mentoring QC team members
• Continuous improvement – monitoring all the QC activities, test results, leaked defects, and root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement and ensure these are implemented
• Deploying and maintaining automation frameworks; introducing new methodologies for improved efficiency and reliability
• Specifying QC infrastructure and tooling
• Preparing or reviewing test plans and estimates for committed work
• Supervising the execution of test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)

Who we look for – the ideal profile

• Minimum of 5 years of Quality Control experience
• Excellent knowledge of new technology trends and their applications for new products in the marketplace.
• Excellent knowledge of QC and software engineering discipline, including hands-on knowledge of testing techniques, automation options, risk management, and basic system engineering.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written skills work with Vietnamese and international teams/stakeholders.
