• Provide hands-on support and system administration to fix production issues and provide ongoing maintenance.
• Partner with third-party Salesforce Consultant to fix bugs and fulfill the enhancement requests from Customer Care Team.
• Partner with other teams in the organization to ensure clean deployments and leverage best practices
• System configuration using workflows, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, process builder, flows, permission sets and Data Loader.
• Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Create, design, and develop complex reports, engaging dashboards and data management that support a data-driven decision-making process.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Salesforce platform.
• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified developer.
• Strong experience in Salesforce platform.
• Have experience working as CRM, ERP, E-Commerce.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Knowledge of APEX code, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL.
• Having knowledge one of these programming languages Java
• Experience with PHP, NodeJS is a plus;
• Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle and agile development
• Experience with Salesforce platform, APEX and VisualForce programming
