- Design, build and develop a dedicated Sidechain for COGI ecosystem
- Build and maintain blockchain applications for Sidechain: Browser Wallet, Mobile Wallet, Bridges, Swap,...
- Write and audit smart contracts for new cool features
- Maintain a high-quality robust codebase, improve backend system performance
- Work on backend systems with high requirements about availability, scalability, security, maintenance
- Write high-quality, well-tested, clean, simple, and maintainable code; writing documents
For Senior Level:
- Take lead on technical best practices.
- Vision to architect large-scale systems.
- Coach junior members to help them gain their maximum potential.
- Build a good team culture of humility, commitment and humor.
- Salary is paid according to expertise and experience

- Backend Development Skill: Experience with Backend system written in NodeJS, Golang or C++
- Expertise in database framework by using any kind of ORM
- Proven experience in operating/structuring Database (SQL and noSQL), Storage, Analysis System, Load Balancing,...
- Creative thinking and passion with backend and system development
- Working with SCRUM/Agile model
- DevOps skill is a Plus
- English skill is a Plus
For Senior Level:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience with understanding many blockchain ecosystems in detail
- Proven experience in Algorithm, Data Structure and Optimization
- Proven experience in operating/structuring Big Data, Storage and Analysis Systems
- Proven experience in Message Queue Framework like MQTT, RapidMQ, Kafka, Pulsar,...
- Good DevOps and Network Security skills
- Self-motivated, logical thinking, and a strong passion to build high-quality products
- Good leadership and effective communication
- Good English skill
