Customer Service Associate wanted: techie, customer-oriented, amazing Japanese skills.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
● Provide technical support and troubleshooting via call, email and live chat.
● Collect customer compliments and complaints, ensure resolution, documentation and follow up by communication with internal and external partners.
● Train, and develop Customer Service Team in Japan and APAC region.

Must have
● Passion to deliver a world class customer experience.
● Native or near-native Japanese and strong Japanese cultural knowledge (N2 or above). Proficiency in other languages is also a big plus.
● Ability to communicate in English (Intermediate level: IELTs 6.0) and/or Vietnamese.
● Experience interacting with customers in some capacity (either via phone, chat, in person, etc.).
● Technically savvy: comfortably navigate in a fast paced, technical environment. Ability to sort out how technology works when things go wrong

● Excellent verbal and written communication
● Strong relationship builder with both internal and external customers
● Knowledge to adapt your approach depending on customer communication styles
● Exhibit the behavior of listening more than you speak
● Virtue of patience and ability to remain calm under stress
