- Analyze the operation process to provide solutions by the system.
- Translate product features into detailed requirements and prototypes, then prioritize based on business impact.
- Work closely with third-party teams/in-house teams within GHN to deliver with quick time to market.
- Manage multiple products, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.
- Experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams
- Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues.
- Monitoring products & tracking new features, analyzing what features need to be improved.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 or 3+ years of experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst.
- Experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams
- Self-starter who is energetic & enthusiastic, confident, adaptable & customer-oriented.
- Communicate with impact: able to explain complex problems in one or two sentences.
- Attention to detail and a never-satisfying attitude: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions.
- Simple approach: always find the simplest solutions
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a cross-functional team
- Fortitude to remain calm and react appropriately in high-pressure situations
- Experience in Ui/UX or Logistic is a big plus
