SUMMARY:

• User Experience and User Interface are both the window into our POPS universe. And the key to our business success is happy users.
• You will be responsible for designing intuitive UI, creating interaction flows, and helping guide the direction of the products to reach its ultimate goal closely working with the product managers, business stakeholders and the development team. 
• If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web, mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You’ll partner with Engineering, Product Owner and request from Business Stakeholders to find sophisticated but practical solutions to design challenges. 
• Clearly outline specifications for the design team and stakeholders.
• Make sure our UI/UX delivers the best user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Break down vaguely defined problems into solvable pieces using flowcharts and diagrams.
• Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.
• Other tasks to support fellow designers to ideate and execute design solutions

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Digital Arts & Design or any related field
• 3 years of demonstrated ability in UX/UI Design.
• Ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience launching web, mobile app, or other products
• Proven track record to build wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specs to describe the user experience and interface
• Have a phenomenal eye for visual design and be detail-oriented to execute high-quality design directions
• Be able to communicate directly with fellow designers, product managers, stakeholders, and developers to translate their visions and constraints into beautiful, functional products.
• Experience working with developers throughout the development lifecycle
• Proficient in crafting and prototyping design using Figma, Adobe XD
• Experience in an Agile software environment and a deep understanding of UX/UI trends across multiple platforms, Mobile Apps and Web Apps. (TV apps is an advantage) 
• Experience in Entertainment apps, B2B and D2C platforms is an advantage
