For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for Senior Java Developers to work with a progressive and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. You will be part of an exciting team composed of both local and offshore talent, working on a wide range of technologies for software projects across our New Zealand customers.

This role suits a person who is, at their core, passionate about coding and being a champion in coding best practices.

As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment.

· Java for backend development (from 3 years of experience)

• Spring Boot
• React
• TDD
• BDD using Cucumber
• GitHub
• Containers
• AWS pipelines (nice-to-have)
• Developing in Mac or Linux environments (nice-to-have)
• Database development with MongoDB (nice-to-have)
• Drupal Commerce (nice-to-have)
• Integration frameworks like Mule or Kafka (nice-to-have)
• Code review using SonarQube (nice-to-have)

You’ll need to have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong team player
• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• 3+ years’ practical experience in designing, developing and delivering commercial software applications
