The opportunity for you to try Senior Java Developer as JAVA Team Leader !!

Do not worry! Rakus VN does not require you to have experience as a Team Leader

Jobs you will do when joining and Rakus:

• Join Project Management (PM) or Planning and Development board members analyze product specification, specification changes and new functions added, write designs details (Outline design, detail design)
• Help members to understand product specification, change specification or new added functions
• Create WBS to ensure strict and accurate product delivery time
• Manage and supervise the working process of members based on WBS (Support PM to arrange plans, solutions to deal with possible delays of work).
• Write report (Daily / week / month /…) to PM and members of Planning and Development department of RAKUS Japan.
• Manage, evaluate and give instructions to help members improve their personal level (programmer)

• Language: Java, Javascript, SQL
- Ability to manage group members as the team leader.
- 3 to 5 years experience in developing Web Applications in Java as a Senior Java programmer. No experience required as a team leader
- Ability to read - write technical English
- Have the spirit of learning and progress at work.
