Job Description:

To support our offshore software development operations in Vietnam, we are looking for a highly motivated User Experience Designer to join our Scrum development team.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Working alongside the product management and develop/design intuitive responsive web experiences with complex information architecture
• Delivering easy to follow wireframes, workflows and mockups
• Collaborating with user research to understand customers goals and needs
• Conceptualize ideas that deliver the needs of the product roadmap
• Take the responsibilities to the company style guide and control all application front ends and user interfaces
• Participate as designer and CSS-Master in software development projects for international customers under supervision of our team leaders from Vietnam and Germany. Further information about such projects could be possibly discussed during interviews.
• Implement web interfaces from provided layout mockups
• Analyze and improve existing interfaces (regarding usability and accessibility)
• Design web layouts based on user stories and functional requirements

 Requirements:

As an experienced user experience designer you´ll provide the developers with wireframes, CI style guides, support A/B testing and collaboration

• At least 2+ year of experience in Front-end tasks (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
• Excellent skills as a slicer with strong knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 (Bootstrap, Zurb Foundation is a PLUS);
• Solid understanding of Javascript coding (jQuery or ES6, etc);
• Experience of SASS/LESS, Grunt/Gulp, or Webpack and PWA;
• Experience with Angular/Reactnative/Ionic is a big PLUS
• Strong background in CSS (including Cross-Browser functionality)
• Ability to work both independently and as a team worker
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, creative, self -motivated, result –oriented
• Willingness to learn new technologies both by training and self-learning
• Skills in Photoshop or similar graphics editing software
• Good English command in reading and writing

Advantages:

• UI/UX experience and pay attention to improve website performance
• Working towards a degree in the fields of Graphic / Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or related disciplines
• Proficient using Sketch, Photoshop or other relevant design tools
• Understand user interface design, heuristic methods or other usability evaluation techniques, task analysis and experimental design
• Experiences in creating responsive front ends for a wide range of devices and interfaces (mobile and desktop)
• Identify design problems and device elegant solutions
• Past experiences in designing UX business system applications for European, Japanese or North-American customers
• Ability to create lightweight prototypes to test ideas
• Experience in Project Management, Scrum or other agile processes
• Prior experience in working with international partners from US or Europe
• Familiar with advanced mobile CSS standards
