We are looking for a senior (remote) data scientist/engineer with a focus on deep learning-based computer vision to join our data science team. As a data scientist/engineer, you will be focused on developing and deploying image processing, machine learning or deep learning solutions that will have an impact in the healthcare and other key sectors.

You will also take part in building a dedicated data science team and will have the opportunity to be our lead data scientist/engineer. You are encouraged to experiment and explore work outside of your role - a positive attitude towards learning is key!

• At least 2 x years experience within data science
• Experience with Python
• Experience with data science technology stacks/suites (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow)
• Experience with training models on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, and Azure)
• Can work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish, while also enjoying teamwork
• Actively strives to learn new things and share knowledge with others
• Experience with state-of-the-art deep learning based object detection approaches (e.g. YOLO, CenterNet etc.) and object tracking approaches is a plus
• Experience with leading and managing teams is a plus
