WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Being a Technical leader of the development team for Web/Online projects with responsibilities below:
In project
- Study & analyze requirements (with PM/TA/BA).
- Participate in designing Alternative Solution, Technical Architect, Component Design (with TA).
- Key developer on important & core project functions, technical problem solving for the project.
- Be delegation from PM in the assignment, manage & monitor development team members.
- Coordinate & conduct quality assurance activities (unit test, integration test, technical review, code review …)
- Directly communicate with the client sometimes for solving technical issues.
In functional team
- Research & self-study on key technology or new technology follows company skill need.
- Training & Coaching junior level, contribute on team training & study.
- Support sales in estimation & technical analyst for making quotations, proposals for new projects.

Yêu cầu công việc
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
• Education: Bachelor of IT or equivalent
• Language: English (good in all skills)
• At least 7 years of experience in web development technologies in general and have in-depth knowledge of PHP technologies
• Excellent capability in Research & Development (R&D).
• Experience in architecture design of large-scale web-based systems with PHP.
• Experience in working with common web-based applications and new web technology concepts (CMS, Portal, e-commerce, online payment, Newsletter, Community, Social network, SEO, media streaming, CDN, Cloud,...)
• Experience in working with all of these Source Control Systems: SVN, VSS
• Good knowledge in open-source solutions (frameworks, platforms)
• Good understanding of W3C standards.
• Great soft skills: group discussion leading, team working, problem-solving, training...
• Great spirit of work & research, self-motivated, dedicated, committed.
