Analytics Lab (ALab) (a subsidary of DatVietVAC) is a leading technology company that provides cutting edge technology, data, and AI-based solutions to help publishers/advertisers sell and buy online ad spaces programmatically. ALab offers a number of different services and products to both advertisers and publishers, including: DMP (Data Management Platform), CDP (Customer Data Platform) DSP (Demand Side Platform), SSP (Supply Side Platform), and AdNetwork.

Key Roles & Responsibilities for this Position: 

• Develop and Maintain 4 Platform 
• Participate in the solution design process
• Work closely with other teams, e.g., UX designers, QC Engineers & Product Managers to deliver high-quality products and target the system with the least amount of errors.
• Refine existing functionality of our PaaS platforms, and developing new features to serve millions of users in real-time.
• Main focus on coding and debugging
• Collaborate with Front-end developers 
• Define and communicate technical and design requirements

• A university degree (BS, MS, or PhD is a plus) in Computer Science or related fields
• 2+ years of experience with Golang and/or C++/Java
• Experience in digital/media platform is preferable.
• Experience in shipping applications to production, CI/CD flow
• Familiarity with running large scale services; 
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, concepts and how to implement them
• Highly skilled in designing and developing low latency, high availability applications
• Good level of English both verbal and written
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Skills and knowledge of digital advertising and digital marketing
• Good knowledge of AdTech solutions and media industry
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment
• Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
• Ability to proactively organize daily tasks and make your own to-do list
• Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
