• Contribute and help improve the agile product delivery process. The company prides itself in its ability to quickly adapt and constantly change to improve the SDLC
• Provide test strategies, estimations, progress report, documentation and test the functionality developed in project
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and execute various combinations of tests at different stages of the SDLC 
• Manage and execute regression test suites whilst continually looking to leverage and improve existing automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g. Serenity, Jest, Playwright, REST Assured) 
• Build automated tests for APIs including contract testing
• Raise and track defects in JIRA, document defects in sufficient detail to allow efficient resolution of issues 
• Reproduce production issues by reconciling system logs to expected behaviour to attempt to identify bugs and defects 
• Manage testing environments and test data using basic SQL queries 
• Where necessary, engage with other testers to manage overflow and ensure continuous delivery 
• Champion and drive further innovation and process improvements in the testing function 
• Coach peers and team members to grow technically and personally
• Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans

• +5 years’ experience in Software Testing with at least +3 years’ automation testing experience 
• Strong execution and automation skills on a SaaS product 
• Experience with multi-browser platforms (BrowserStack), JavaScript-based test framework (Jest/Playwright) 
• Hands-on experience in designing, implementing and executing test automation for APIs including contract testing  with Postman/REST Assured 
• Familiar with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket
• Hands-on experience in database testing and writing SQL queries 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
• Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues 
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment
