- Study requirements, and communicate with the engineering team (DM, PO/PM, TL, etc.) to collaborate, understand the project requirements and the project knowledge clearly and accurately
- Actively provide feedback on the task assignments & able to work directly with overseas clients
- Apply the necessary testing processes to ensure quality in projects
- Define Test Plan (Test strategy and Test logistics) and apply Testing methodologies, Techniques to design test cases and prepare test data
- Test monitoring and controlling, including managing test effort and bug leakage
- Perform most of the Testing types including Functional test, Layout/UI test, Content check, and Non-functional test (Usability, Compatibility, …)
- Identify and raise quality & deliveries risks
- Fully participate in the Retrospective meeting
- Analyze test results including troubleshooting and problem determination
- Provide test reports for major releases
- Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans

Yêu cầu công việc
- Have from 3 years of experience in Software Testing and solid in manual testing for web-based applications
- Experience with Web/Mobile/ API testing (Jira, Postman). Experience with RestAssured is plus
- Experience in developing, documenting, and implementing quality assurance standards
- Experience in developing end-to-end tests for complex solutions for large-scale enterprise systems
- Good attitude and mindset: organized, detail-oriented, quality-oriented
- Working experience in an Agile – Scrum environment
- Experience working in Product companies is plus
- Experience with Scriptless Test Automation is a plus
- Good English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment
- Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues
