WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
● Customize/build Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, APIs, etc.
● Provide hands-on support and system administration to fix Salesforce Service Cloud issues and provide ongoing maintenance.
● Partner with our third-party Salesforce Consultant to fix bugs and fulfill the enhancement requests from the Customer Care Team.
● Partner with other teams in the organization to ensure clean deployments and leverage best practices.
● Actively join meetings to collect enhancement requests or showing demos for new releases.
● Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.

WHAT WE NEED
● Advanced experience with APEX, VisualForce, Process Automation, Triggers, API development, and External Service Integration.
● Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards.
● Experience migrating data from source to Salesforce using Dataloader and advanced SOQL.
● Experience developing for Lightning App Builder, Aura Lightning Components.
● Highly skilled in building custom integrations on Salesforce platform.
● Working knowledge of web services development using rest API, SOAP services, etc.
● Communication skills in English.
● Preferred Certifications:
○ Salesforce Certified Administrator
○ Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
○ Salesforce Platform Developer Certification

● Knowledge of Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL.
