We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Digital Solutions team. Our Digital Solutions team is focused on building great solutions for our different businesses. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders (local users and our external clients) and the development team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in discovering, eliciting, analysing, documenting and presenting project scope, business processes, requirements and functional specifications, and project planning and management.

• Understanding business functions and processes
• Gathering requirements and documentation
• Coordinating and facilitating meetings
• Co-developing functional specifications and design logic
• Assisting our Quality Assurance Engineer with testing
• Conducting end-user training and providing help desk support
• Drafting project plans, schedules and cost estimates
• Preparing commercial documents and contracts
• Project tracking and status updates
• Billing and collections

Annual Leaves: 

• Junior Staff/Associate: 15 days ++
• Senior/Manager level: 20 days ++

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting or Finance with solid knowledge of management information systems
• 2+ years of business analysis experience in an accounting or tax context

• Well-organised and able to prioritise effectively
• Excellent command of English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
• Comfortable with Microsoft tools including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
