Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager: We’re hiring for a passionate Manager to manage engagements to design, configure, develop and support  a software based on Enterprise Platform to provide Digital Transformation to our clients..

• ***Responsibilities and duties:
• Acts as single point of entry into DXC for client for new Service Delivery
• Acts as client escalation point for service delivery issues
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Works across all other DXC teams to resolve issues/represent client interests/share knowledge
• Partner with client to solve business problems through deployment of IT solutions
• Proactively identifies business opportunities as part of the Account Management team
• Tracks and provides overview on all customer projects from initiation through delivery to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
• Eliminates roadblocks and escalates as appropriate to meet delivery commitments, reduce delivery timelines and recognize revenue according to plan
• Responds to various data calls in a timely manner
• Hire, coach, mentor, and lead individuals and build a strong cross-functional organization
• Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
• Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
• Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
• Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties

• ***Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and high-volume enterprise systems.
• Prior 2+ years experience in management in a Software development/Support project
• Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous
• Good resource planning, project management, quality control and teamwork skills.
• Should have a broad and deep technical understanding of the technologies in this field, including but not limited to:
  • Experience with programming languages- Java, C#, C/C++ or latest features leveraging functional programming.
  • Experience with software development methodologies like Kanban, Scrum / Agile, Waterfall /iTIL
• Able to juggle multiple projects - can identify primary and secondary objectives, prioritize time, and communicate timeline to team members.
• Ability and desire to take product/project ownership.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the organization and Company needs.
• Good communication skills (written and oral); including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a necessity.
