Worknetics Global is hiring on behalf of an up and coming NFT platform that facilities the creation, trading and consumption of content (think journalism). Enabling audiences and creators to govern, fund and own user-generated content across a limitless number of content verticals. With a vision of a Media 2.0 company on the Solana ecosystem, they are a Singapore based web3 startup, with affiliation to a known media venture in Southeast Asia.

We’re looking for an outstanding blockchain developer who know how to take initiative and ownership in their craft.

We’re looking for people with a strong background or interest in building successful products or systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces; you have exquisite attention to detail; and you’re comfortable learning new technologies and systems.

WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:
You will be creating Solana smart contracts relating to Metaplex / NFTs (i.e. custom auctioning contracts)
Build secure smart contract protocols and backend services to connect Salad users within the Solana crypto ecosystem
Drive the standardization in crypto protocols by designing and defining interfaces
Mentor and train other team members on smart contract best practices

PREFERRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: 
Experience with Solana/Rust/Anchor/Web3.js and smart contract development
3+ year Experience with backend development
Experience with blockchain and crypto (mainly Solana)
Hands-on coding ability
Interest and passion for contributing to the crypto ecosystem
Interest and passion for building secure, robust, scalable infrastructure
Good command of English

NICE TO HAVE:
Experience using Google Cloud and Firebase
Experience with React
