Forix is looking for an experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our award-winning team that specializes in providing ongoing Magento support and development services to clients around the world. Candidates with a strong performance in this position typically have an opportunity to advance into Project Management roles in the company.

In this position you will be responsible for aiding and assisting our Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects to clients.

Job Description

• Manage timelines and team workload.
• Communicate requirements with team and client to make sure they are correctly understood
• Coordinate with internal team members including developers, testers, managers, and others to provide accurate, on-time delivery of requests.
• Constantly monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
• Manage project issues and make decision when necessary
• Work with Quality Control teams to make sure our implementations and deployments are functioning correctly based on project requirements.
• Communication with Project Managers based in our US office

• 1.5+ years of experience in management
• English is compulsory
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability of handling multi-tasks in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge in E-commerce/Magento is a plus
