ABOUT THE ROLE
- Execute quality testing and activities
- Writing and reviewing testing plans
- Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
- Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
- Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
- Cooperate with a QA team to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions
- Investigating causes of defects that occur during the testing phase
- Reporting discovered defects
- Performing stress tests that expose the product to stability and performance
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
- Estimating time involved in assuring the product's quality
- Applying technical skills related to the product being tested
