Your Impact

As a Product Manager who takes care of the Operational Excellence area, you need to make CS, Sales, and Ops life better by reducing their time and effort when doing daily tasks.

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for

• Closely collaborate and support other PMs in B2B, B2C groups and relevant stakeholders building back-office tools ahead the Go To Market plan
• Curious about the daily activities of Operational teams and deeply understand their pain points, propose solutions to improve.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in building operational products; e.g. Fulfillment System, Warehouse Management System, Internal Admin tool for Ops team
• Results oriented, strong ownership of your work, and will do everything as needed to get the work done
• Good prioritization and analytical thinking skills, able to negotiate with stakeholders, and constantly making trade-offs using qualitative and quantitative data / absent data
• Good problem-solving skills, well-structured written and verbal communication
• Good English (Reading, Listening is enough)

Nice to Have

• Background in Computer Science, deep knowledge in applying Robotic Process Automation will be a plus
