We are looking for a Product Manager who knows the market, the customers and nurtures customer relationships with a great product and great healthcare services.

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. That includes gathering and prioritizing product requirements and working with Design, Engineering, and Ops to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Assess competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze product requirements and ensure they’re successful achieved
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Work with developers to make sure the implement runs smoothly
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
• Report to our Platform Lead

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• High level of ownership: you tell us what to do and how to do it
• Strong communication: say what you mean, mean what you say
• Proactive in collaboration: do not sit around and wait forever
