Tóm tắt công việc

• Huấn luyện, hướng dẫn và tạo động lực team đạt mục tiêu tăng năng suất sản phẩm
• Đam mê về Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, eXtreme Programming, SAFe
• Tổ chức và dẫn dắt các Scrum events của team
• Giao tiếp hằng ngày với với các Stakeholders về các vấn đề của team
• Dự đoán/quản lý scope, thời gian, chất lượng, goals và kết quả sản phẩm đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh
• Theo dõi thời khóa biểu hoạt động và theo dõi hiệu quả chi phí của team để kịp thời hổ trợ
• Hỗ trợ team xác định các key KPIs
• Chuẩn bị các report về tiến độ và sự thành công của team

• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành CNTT, hoặc ngành có liên quan
• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm Scrum Master về phát triển game hoặc phát triển phần mềm
• Có chứng chỉ Scrum Master
• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm thực hành Agile
• Có kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm với các kĩ thuật Agile: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Intergration, Continuous Testing, Agile Games
• Có tinh thần Teamwork tốt
• Kĩ năng quản lí thời gian tốt
• Kĩ năng giao tiếp và kết nối tốt
• Có thêm các kỹ năng sau là lợi thế: có kinh nghiệm SM trong ngành game và đam mê game.
