- Support existing legacy applications and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Communicate with the Clients/Product Owners/Project Stakeholders to understand and gather the
requirements. - Analyse and convert the requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and document them using Jira
and Confluence. - Leading the process mapping project for the Vietnam team.
- Transfer knowledge to the project team and follow up to support change management
- Support on the User Acceptance Testing ensuring that customer expectations are met
- Support the Product Owner to prioritize the user stories
- Support the Project Manager in project planning, solution testing and user training
- Conduct planning, retrospective and backlog refinement meetings

Yêu cầu công việc
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- B.S degree, B.A degree in Computer Science
- 3 years in BA or Support type role
- Experience in processes testing and people training
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Open-minded, customer-focused and agile
- Good analytical and critical thinking
- Experience in using such tools as Jira and Confluence
- Experience in either or both MS Dynamics Great Plain and Netsuite is highly desirable
