Joining as an accelerator, you will have the chance to play multiple roles:
- Communicator role
- Accelerator role

In addition, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with different departments so that you can improve your main skills and figure out your potential abilities as well.
COMMUNICATOR ROLE
- Translate all kinds of work-related documents
- Interpret anytime when required

ACCELERATOR ROLE
- Scrum master
- Ensure the development progress and output
- Review the design, function friendliness
- Support answering customer feedback
- Teamwork between Japan and Vietnam

Must have
- Language: Japanese (from JLPT N2); English (limited working proficiency)
- 3 - 5 years experience as an IT Comtor
- High level of Time management, Scope Management, Critical thinking

Nice to have
- Teamwork, active learning, working under pressure
- Knowledge about the Scrum framework
- Skills in Microsoft Office and G-Suites
- Interested in business/finance
- Open-minded and bright characteristic
