Responsibilities and Performance Objectives:

• Enhance strong collaboration between internal stakeholders (AI - Software Development - DataOps), the Japanese sales team, and the delivery team, that propose solutions with a business approach, technologies, project objective, roadmap, and resource/budget planning.
• Measure project performance, conduct analysis, report the current situation, issues, and risks, and propose necessary changes to the stakeholders.
• Project Management Strategy:
  • Define and refine project management strategies (in particular, focus on processes and procedures) that are in line with the company strategy 
  • Overall manage and communicate statistical findings regarding quality, productivity, compliance, and process improvement opportunity in all projects
• Accountable for quality cost deduction of all the projects/ratio of improvement of efficiency against the previous quarter
• People Management: Managing the Project Manager team, formulating and executing governance strategies, and ensuring a smooth collaboration with stakeholders. 
  • Build a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and are fastidious, proud of delivering excellence and quality
  • Lead and guide team members (Recruitment, Team Resource Management, Appraisals…)

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in project management and team management (especially in defining requirements by understanding business needs).
• Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, using Agile or Waterfall software development practices.
• Experienced in full product lifecycle with an understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support product lifecycle.
• Minimum 3 years of web application development experience.
• Have strong knowledge in project management areas like Scope management, Resource Management, Time management, Cost management, Risk management and Quality management, and so on. 
• Strong in negotiation, communication skills, complex problem solving, time management, and people management.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• English (speaking, listening, reading, writing) and Business-professional.
• Motivation and challenging spirits for new service and technology.
• Critical thinking, teamwork mindset, and service orientation (actively seeking ways to help people).

Plus:

• Experience in software development with Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with JIRA
• PMP certification is a plus (not a must)
• AI technology knowledge is a plus (not a must).
