Tóm tắt công việc

ソフトウェア開発の要件定義からリリースまでの計画を作成し、それに沿ってプロジェクトマネジメントを実行します。問題が発生した時は、周りの適切なサポートを得ながら素早く問題を解決します。

・Quality, Cost, Deliveryの目標を設定し、それらを達成するためにチームのマネージメントを行います。

・「ものづくり=Software Development」と同時に「人づくり=Human/Team Development」も必要であり、人とチームの成長を支援します。

・チームメンバーの評価とフィードバックを行います。

・定期的、アドホックにレポートを作成します。

Develop detailed project plan from software requirement definition to release phase, then base on that to manage the whole project. 

Work with relevant stakeholders to quickly and efficiently resolve issues which may occur in project.

・ Set quality, cost, and delivery related goals, and manage the team to achieve them.

・ Support to develop not only software but also people and team

・ Provide guidance, performance evaluation to project members

・ Create reports regularly or on demand to ensure good visibility on projects progression 

• 13th month & Performance bonus up to 4-months salary

・ソフトウェア開発の経験７年以上（Webシステム　もしくは　スマートフォンアプリ開発が望ましい）。その内にWebシステム　もしくは　スマートフォンアプリにおける、プロジェクトマネージャーの経験２年以上

・関係者と共にプロジェクト計画を作り、それを実行するためのスキルと経験。

・日本とベトナムのメンバーと円滑な関係を作るためのコミュニケーションスキル。

・日本語ができる方を優先します。

・英語力（読み書きは必須、会話はBIG PLUS）

・ 7+ years of experience as software development (web/ mobile application development)

・ 2+ years of experience as Project Manager

・ Skills and experience to create and execute a project plan with stakeholders.

・ Ability to communicate effectively with Japan Team and Vietnam Team

・ Excellent communication in Japanese .

・ Good English skill is BIG PLUS
