For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Remote Senior Golang Developer. As such you will be working with a young and ambitious team in Ho Chi Minh City. Our client is an ambitious software development company, located in Utrecht (The Netherlands) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). Our client is looking for a full-time Remote Senior Golang Developer with at t least 8 years of Back-End experience of which at least 5 years of Golang experience. You will work in an international environment with colleagues in Vietnam and Netherlands. In addition to the opportunities to interact and learn from our client in Singapore. As a Senior Golang Developer, you will be a key member of the development team that develops and enhances Golang based products. You are expected to work with other developers equally capable of architecting, designing, and delivering high standard performance applications and systems within realistic time and budgetary constraints, Next to that, we expect that as a senior you will be able to help the whole team grow.

● Dataflow

● Production experience in working with container technology, Kubernetes

● Production Experience in building a Service Oriented Architecture

● Excellent understanding of protobuf and gRPC concepts, NoSQL database structure best practices and concepts, modern search engine, microservice architecture, event-driven architecture, data reporting, monitoring and logging

● Production Experience in building an Event-Driven Architecture

Furthermore, as you will be working in an international organization, English intermediate level is appreciated.

It is a bonus if you have experience with or some knowledge of:

● Familiarity with NoSQL databases e.g Firestore

● Algolia Server-Side Search (knowledge on algolia sort, keyword and filter syntaxes)
