● Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms
● Write clean, well-documented, and well-tested code using best practices for React and React Native development
● Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms
● Optimize existing code, features, components on a deep OS level, both on iOS and Android
● Care about performance, usability, and accessibility across all devices
● Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native
● Mentor and coach fellow teammates

● 6+ years of solid experience building successful products as a frontend engineer using React Native
● 2+ years of experience in Angular framework
● Highly proficient in rendering components with Native APIs
● Highly proficient in JavaScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS
● Not being scared of the native OS and a deep understanding of Android & iOS with the ability to write native code when it's needed
● CI/CD of React Native applications familiarity
● Ability to write well-documented, clean TypeScript code
● Experience working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts

● Familiarity with native build tools such as XCode, Gradle, Android Studio
● Experience using frameworks from AWS such as Amplify & AppSync.
● Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model and offline
● Debugging, troubleshooting ability to translate symptoms and problems into root causes
● Highly motivated, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
● A continual learner that stays up-to-date on the latest technologies
● BS degree in CS or equivalent work experience
