We’re looking for young tech professionals for Dwarves Foundation Apprenticeship 2022 - a 6-month of work-train-study model for mid-level and above software engineers.

About the program:

- Work alongside your mentor and teammates in real projects: Blockchain, Fintech, Logistic or Marketplace.
- Own your codes, take pride and/or responsibility for what you produce.
- Participate in training sessions, learning activities and share your knowledge with the team.
- Develop software mindset and gain insight with feedback and performance reviews from peers, mentors, and managers
- Shape up the career path based on your personal ambitions, with the guidance of assigned mentors.
- Experience a working environment where technology is the north star metric
Key stacks: Golang, NodeJS, ReactJS, Javascript, Typescript, Docker, K8s, Solidity and so on.

- You have at least 1 year of experience as a software engineer (either as Backend Engineer, Frontend Engineer, Fullstack Engineer, Data Analyst, Devops Engineer or System Engineer) - demonstrated through either client or personal projects.
- You get excited about learning new skills and new technologies.
- You are willing to be open-minded at work, feel comfortable with handling ambiguous tasks and seeking for advice when appropriate.
- You are able to speak and write in English.
- Most importantly, you have a can-do mindset.
