- Be responsible for conducting research activities on positioning technology. This includes but is not limited to studying the latest GPS technology that is applicable to low power and wearable products, applying PDR (pedestrian dead reckoning) to improve positioning accuracy under low signal condition, methods to improve distance and pace tracking accuracy, etc.
- Build Proof of concept (POC) as a realization of your study
- Bring research to production. Working with our SW and FW team to bring POC to real product features.
- Maintain developed algorithms once it goes to production

- Strong knowledge in DSP
- Solid background of motion sensors (accel, gyro, magnetometers) and sensor fusion technique
- Have some fundamental knowledge in math areas that are normally applied in positioning application (linear algebra, basic calculus)
- Strong programming skill (preferably MATLAB or Python)
