Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm quản lý dự án của nhóm phát triển tại Việt Nam trong một nhóm toàn cầu bao gồm các nhóm ở Nhật Bản, Việt Nam và Trung Quốc cho dự án xây dựng mới một sản phẩm thế hệ tiếp theo của LeySer - một dịch vụ hỗ trợ công việc cho trường học có thị phần hàng đầu trong thị trường trường tư thục ở Nhật Bản.
You will be responsible for project management of the Vietnam development team in a global team consisting of teams in Japan, Vietnam, and China for a project to build from scratch the next generation product of LeySer, a school business support service that has the top share in the private school market in Japan.

Dựa trên các thông số kỹ thuật do nhóm Nhật Bản lên kế hoạch, chúng ta sẽ hợp tác với nhóm Trung Quốc - những người phụ trách phát triển dự án LeySer cho đến nay - để phát triển các dịch vụ mới với bốn (4) thành viên phát triển.
Based on the specifications planned by the Japanese team, we will collaborate with the Chinese team that has been in charge of the development of the LeySer project to date to develop new services with four(4) development members.

Nhóm Nhật Bản và Trung Quốc giao tiếp chủ yếu bằng tiếng Anh. Tiếng Nhật là không cần thiết, nhưng chúng tôi sẽ ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm lãnh đạo trong việc phát triển dịch vụ liên quan đến phát triển outsourced hay dự án giáo dục cho các công ty Nhật Bản. Ngoài ra, dự án được tiến hành với sự hợp tác của kỹ sư cầu nối người Việt Nam có thể nói cả tiếng Nhật và tiếng Trung.

Communication with the Japan and China teams will be primarily in English. Japanese language skills are NOT required, but we prefer candidates with experience in leading development of outsourced development for Japanese companies or development of services related to education business. The project will be carried out in cooperation with a Vietnamese bridge engineer who speaks both Japanese and Chinese.

- Proficiency in JavaScript or C#, .Net, familiar with SQL Server database
- More than 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience in working with large software products or project manager experience is preferred
- Ability to independently organize project members to complete software development projects in accordance with Japanese requirements
- Knowledge of project management and related knowledge, able to develop a feasible project plan and follow up the implementation according to the actual situation
- Ability to control project risk, able to correctly analyze the various of risks in the project and actively control the risks
- Like project management work, have good psychological quality, can accept challenges and can work under pressure
