Tóm tắt công việc

- Participate in software development projects for the Japanese market.
- Manage projects as leader or Project Manager.
- Understand the requirements from customers.
- Make and manage schedules of development.
- Create specifications according to the requirements and explain it to clients and members accurately.
- Review test cases and test results to ensure product quality.
- Final check product to ensure to satisfy the requirement.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Excellent Japanese speaking and writing skills equivalent to N2 or above.
- Over 3 years of experience in the IT field and over 1 year of experience as BrSE. (For candidates who have not had BrSE experience for more than 1 year, the capacity will be
considered.)
- System development experience with some kinds of development languages
- Project management skills
- Always work with a mindset that prioritizes valuing others and cooperating with all members of the company
- Can build and keep good relationship with members and clients
- Positive thinking
- High responsibility
