This position belongs to MSB D-Innovation 02 - The most extensive annual IT recruitment program of MSB. The highest goal of the Program is to create opportunities for experienced Technology experts to demonstrate their ability, thereby successfully implementing the 2000-billion Mega Projects in the high-tech complex of MSB (including large/small Technology projects and MSB IT BU)
We are recruiting BA to work on assisting a digital banking transformation project:
- Coordinate logistics of meetings/activities between vendors and clients (schedule meetings, take notes, conduct formal/informal interviews/surveys, …)
- Conduct research, collect requirements and support communications between internal and external parties when needed to maximize the teams’ productivity
- Proactively provide administrative support when needed to staff and high-level management
- Participating in key digitalization projects with investment capital up to 2,000 billion VND, applying the latest technologies.
- Optional job salary: $1000 - $3000. Package income from 15 to 20 months salary / year with many attractive incentives (Esop, preferential loan, premium health insurance..., position job project award).
- Led by a professional management team, fair assessment. Opportunity to work directly with leading partners in the world (AWS; BCG; IBM; Temenos...).
- Many training programs to improve skills and professional capacity. Participated in the Talent Pool program after many years of good performance.
- Working in the “Digital Transformation Bank” of 2021 honored by the International Association of Banks and Data Groups (IDG). High-class office according to the Agile model process. Quality base, good working tools, powerful configuration.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Previous exposure to enterprise technology architecture is a big plus
- Experience working with financial services is a big plus
- Experience with financial institutions and banking sector implementations is a big plus
- Excellent command of English both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to learn
- Outstanding academic performance and a strong record of extracurricular activity

- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
