KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business system analysis & development
- Overall responsible for designing architecture, vendor assessment in building Core banking (Finacle) and Mobile Application Roadmap and Releases with Paas/Saas Service on AWS Cloud.
- Prioritization of Releases as per business benefit
- Coordinate and provide business systems insights for all technology development. Work closely with Operations to design. Develop and Implement all technology initiatives in a coherent manner.
- Analyse changes and alerts when there is any negative impact to the platform
2. Ensuring alignment between Business and Vendors
- Ensure successful delivery of projects throughout the lifecycle for business requirements and strategy.
- Find and build architecture with solutions, provide advices on technical matters for other Divisions.
- Integrate with partners (partners such as: IBFT service, bill payment/topup service, Card service, QR Payment Service, e-KYC Service, ..).
- Ensure all Agile project metrics (KPIs, Cost, timelines, issues, bugs, etc) are adequately monitored, tracked and reported
3. Support Strategic Initiatives
- Monitors and understanding of currently emerging technologies.
- Develop all Project approval documents
- Identifies new and emerging hardware and software technologies and products based on own area of expertise, assesses their relevance and potential value to the business
- Manage and lead team to support business users on daily production & UAT matters
- Other tasks assigned by Head of IT Department

- Bachelor Degree in IT
- About 5 years in financial services of which at least 3-4 recent years in leading business transformation projects involving IT
Business Understanding across financial services and technology
- Understand modern technologies (from application point of view - not necessary technical)
- Applicative (ability to link technology and business trends & developments for innovative business applications)
- Leadership in both team environment and individual
- Working experience in foreign financial enterprises, or English communication environment is a plus
