- Assist the Director in the Information Technology Division to ensure the fulfillment of the assigned plan in accordance with IVB's strategy in each period.
- Directly manage 01 Department of the Division as assigned by the Director.
1. Planning / budgeting
- Assist the Director to develop and implement the Division’s Plan from time to time.
- Develop and implement application programs, infrastructure management-confidentiality, customer service – E-banking and card issuance management according to regulations of IVB as assigned.
- Manage and monitor the implementation of the Division activity plan as assigned from time to time.
2. Assist the Head of the Division to manage and execute a number of tasks according to the functions and tasks of the Unit as assigned.
- Install, develop and manage application programs at IVB.
- Management of data center, network and server systems of IVB.
- Management of security, safety and security of information system / database system of customer data at the Bank.
- Develop and implement the policy / program / Customer Care operation according to regulations and ensure it to fit with the service standards at IVB (until BOE’s approval for transfer of Call Center Section to Operation Service Dept./ Operation Division).
- Development and management of digital banking application software at IVB in line with technology and the need to develop and utilize the digital banking.
- Organize and monitor ATM / POS system on IVB system.
- Manage card issuance / Pin Mailer, card risk management and remittance service activities at IVB.
- Direct the development of regulations and guidelines on technical and professional management in IT application, card and BID in accordance with the standards and technical regulations.
- Direct to implement IT, Card and Digital banking’ projects in the whole IVB system; be responsible to the Board of Executives for the quality of this project implementation.
- Closely cooperate with the divisions/departments of Head Office in order to timely meet requirements related to IT, Card, Digital banking to serve the best for the bank's business mission, provide the highest quality service for customers; discuss and solve technical problems of new products and services.
3. Employee management
- Build up labor productivity norms for staffs.
- Provide KPIs for each employee in the division.
- Monitor and manage the level of work accomplishment against targets, periodically evaluate the performance of the staff of the division.
- Provide leadership, assignment, proposal to rearrange, allocate human resource that must be reasonable, effective, suitable professional capacity of each person and job requirements.
- Provide training to staff, develop and implement plans for training, professional training, improve professional skills for employees in the block.

- Male/Female with Bachelor Degree from regular university, major in Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunication
- Have knowledge fundamental in IT system design and development and IT deployment planning
- Have long-term strategic thinking on IT system development, Card and E-Banking
- Good at skills of leadership, presentation, negotiation, problem solving & decision making
- Experience: At least 03 years of experience in management of Banking IT system
- English: Toeic from 700 scores upwards, fluent in English is preferred
