Role Purpose
The Technical Analyst is responsible for driving the strategic technical solutions for client domains. You will need to be a seasoned Analyst with strong documentation skills as well as a proven ability to communicate with internal and client stakeholders balancing customer needs with business priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather, document, analyze and implement integration solutions utilizing web services and APIs
- Gather, document, analyze and implement integration solutions utilizing SQL statements
- Coach, mentor, and transfer knowledge to the client database administrators
- Work with third party applications to ensure best means of message transfers
- Identify anomalies in source code to fix data integrity issues or to extend usability of software code.
- Troubleshoot environment issues in the technical solution
- Identify and report technical risks throughout the life of the project and provides mitigation strategies for those risks
- May be required to lead a team of client Integration Specialists through the analysis, design, construction, test, and implementation phases of the project

Essential
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum three years’ experience as an analyst on full lifecycle project implementation efforts
- Minimum two years of data analysis experience on multiple projects with production level experience included
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle, different phases, and the expected deliverables
- Background in any object orientated programming language
- Experience in ELK stack and JSON
- Experience with Industrial-standard data-transfer protocols (Ftp, http, telnet, SOAP, etc) and associated tools
- Logical and physical understanding of databases.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Server Products
- Fluency in English.
- Flexibility working with multiple time zones in other countries.
Desirable
- Experience working for a multi-national company, or for a top/large company in the industry.
- ANSI SQL and ORACLE PL/SQL programming skills
- Experience in AWS
- Consulting and client-facing experience.
