- To develop the system/ product for customers in Japan.
- Join full life cycle of software development, including, but not limited.
• Support and make sure the communication between Vietnam and Japan teams should be conducted smoothly.
• Hand on the requirement and problem, etc.
• To communicate with Japanese.
• To do the project management like progress management etc.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in software development from 3 years
- Have good knowledge of software development technology: Front end or Back end
- Have experience in project management experience as well as in managing the team of more than 5 members
- Strong leadership, problem-solving as well as teamwork skills with pro-active and independent concentration
- Good logical thinking and able to work under high pressure
- Communication skills: JPTL N2 is a MUST and/or good English (TOEIC) is preferable
