Why we’re looking for you
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary development team and go along with the growth of our product. You will be responsible for managing the product throughout the product life-cycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the product team, to deliver a winning product.

You will be a great fit if you have a passion for building products and giving real value to thousands of entrepreneurs worldwide. You’re a highly-skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.

You’ll do
• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure product evolutions
• Identify target user segments for products by doing research on markets, competition, and user needs
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Manage product lifecycle from beginning to the end (definition, design, development, project management, implementation, testing, launch), participate in designing new features
• Drive project workstreams to identify and evaluate opportunities and priorities to increase site performance, user experience, and revenue
• Work cross-functionally with the design, development, customer service, and marketing team from development through testing and launch
• Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends

You have…
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/ Product Manager for software/SAAS products
• Strong marketing experience and business mindset
• Proven and successful experience with managing end-to-end product launches/ development including a deep understanding of effective product lifecycle planning
• Deep understanding and experience in User Experience including Customer Journey, Empathy Mapping, User Stories, and UX Principles. Having eyes in design and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written)
• Strong strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities. An understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design, with expertise in data tools such as Google Analytics.
• Motivational and strong people manager who leads by example and excels at communication to ensure alignment with all team members with different levels and skillsets (developers, testers, designers,..).
• Excellent command of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodology.
• Strong project management skills with proven track record of managing multiple initiatives concurrently, delivering high-quality work under tight timelines

• Salary range: upto $4000 Gross
• Performance review: 2 times per year.
• Yearly Salary Package: 13th-month salary bonus + Performance bonus: up to 3 months.

• Working time: From Monday to Friday:
Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (check in from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM)
Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:45 PM (check out from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM).
