The Digital Analytics Specialist (GA/GTM) will be responsible for the proposition and execution of tracking plans and play a key role in data-driven marketing decisions. You will be in charge of maintaining and ensuring the proper implementation of cross-platform and cross-device analytics solutions. This job requires critical thinking, data-driven mindset, and excellent English communication skill to work directly with foreign clients. Familiarity with HotJar, Google Data Studio and other analytics tools as well as ability to visualize data and create dashboards/reports are great, but not required.
Responsiblities include:
• Help to define and implement website digital analytics tagging, tracking and reporting to support audience development, website engagement, conversions and site optimization
• Collaborate with key technology and business stakeholders to define an optimal tagging strategy for new or existing features
• Define and implement tagging strategy in Google Tag Manager for data collection in both Universal Analytics and GA4 that meets business goals/objectives
• Work with in-house developers to develop custom analytics JavaScript to create events and triggers in Google Tag Manager
• Develop, test and publish via GTM, ensuring streamlined and scalable code for optimal accuracy and performance
• Debug, troubleshoot data collection and configuration issues, surface anomalies and other data trends
• Maintain and evolve specifications repository and other documentation that support GTM and GA3 & GA4 initiatives
Yêu cầu công việc
• Detail oriented, highly analytical individual with attention to detail and passion for data
• 1+ year of experience in Google Analytics (UA & GA4) and Google Tag Manager
• Knowledge of Excel functions and analytics
• Experience with JavaScript (creating events & triggers) is a plus
• Experience with creating reports/dashboarding using Google Data Studio, Tableau or other BI reporting tools is a plus
• Awareness of present-day industry trends and technical challenges in digital analytics and digital marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English & Vietnamese)
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
