What are you doing

Pascalia Group which has been working on IT industry for more than 30 years in Japan. Pascalia Asia Vietnam has been on our journey in Vietnam for 6 years and aiming to broaden our business in Asia Pacific area. There are 3 nationwide branches which are located at Ho Chi Minh, Danang and Hai Phong.

We are in charge of a wide range of businesses such as Client work business, IT / Consulting business, Infrastructure business, Data Analysis business, In-house web service business, and Offshore Development business in a wide variety of industries.

Pascalia is shaping our company culture as a flat organization where all the members are equal (including CEO, Managers, Devs). Regardless of roles, we also have the policy to share stocks, dividends based on members's performance because we always acknowledge that Pascalia's assets is Pascalia members' assets. Every member is treated fairly in Pascalia. The more you feel satisfied, the more you feel happy.

Furthermore, we are building the organizational structure according to AMOEBA system where each project is considered as a small company, leaders, potentialleaders and members (out-sourcing) will decide all the matters related to projects (including salary, sharing-profit). Technical Requirements:

1. Must-have skills

  • Strong experience in backend development: Golang/React/Jquery 
  • Experience in developing RESTful API.
  • Experienced with testing (unit test, integration test,…)
  • Experienced with Datastore/Firestore, Elasticsearch, Redis
  • Experience in working on Git flow.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Willing to learn new technologies.

2. Nice-to-have skills

  • Experience in Gcloud services such as (Appengine, Firestore/Datastore, BigQuery, ….)
  • Experience in React is a big PLUS
  • Experience with microservices
  • Experience in debugging existing code and strong code reviewing capabilities.
  • Good English communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Open mindset
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
  • Ability to analyze and propose the business requirements
