As an Graphic Designer you are responsible for key campaign visuals, contribute art direction where applicable, and execute across print and digital deliverables. And, through a deep understanding of OM’s suite of tools and services, recommend a visual campaign framework that balances business goals with customers’ expectations of frictionless commerce. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of brand, visual design, user experience and digital marketing to design beautiful and intuitive experiences. This role is expected to have a high focus in the digital landscape with proven examples of large scale integrated 360 marketing campaigns. A perfect fit would be a Creative who has developed multiple digital integrated campaigns ideas from social to web experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work with the creative team to establish key visuals and produce new ideas to promote campaigns and marketing communications for OM
- Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media and other materials (including but not limited to Posters, Banners, Illustrations, Infographics, Ads, Presentations...)
- Collaborate with designers and team members to implement creative direction and oversee online/offline designs requests from the marketing team
- Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs and the competitive landscape
- Supports new business pursuits - supporting and participating in creative concepting, asset development and presentation decks
- Work directly with brand, acquisition and retention marketing teams to understand their needs, and then translate them into direction that the team can successfully execute
- Help strategize new opportunities and improvements for advertising across various channels from paid social, email, landing pages, and more
- Present creative to teams in a clear and compelling manner
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency environment
- Experience with Video editing, Film making, Animation is a big plus (Adobe Premiere/After Effects…)
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustration, InDesign...
- Strong conceptual skills and the ability to formulate innovative ideas
- Have solid experience in graphic design for different digital platform such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram...
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach with experience in a quick-moving and cross-functional environment
