- Have knowledge in Security, Routers, Switches, Wifi, VoIP, Video Conference and others technology and able to do upgrading, configuration, troubleshooting.
- In charge of surveying, setting up, testing and maintaining customer's IT Infrastructure.
- Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network capacity meets existing and future requirements
- Establish service level agreements with end users.
- Checking, analysis logs on the firewall and recommends security solutions for customers to protect the system
- Troubleshooting issues relate to Security, Voice, Server System and Network Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with team member/other team member to make project move smoothly (not only technical configuration but also paperwork /contract /document /completion report/etc)
- Support to install, configure hardware Server, Blade Chasiss, Storage, Appliance, SAN Switch (HP, IBM, Dell, Brocade, ...)
- Support sales efforts that include bid management, RFP responses, preparing technical proposal, solution documents, diagrams, product presentations, Demonstration and Proof of Concept, coordination for pricing proposal, etc;
- Work with client to clarify/analyze requirements and verify listed functions/features in Estimation/Proposal.
- Provide guidance to junior members of the team.
- Provide Standby Technical support (365/24/7 on phone) for Customers.
- Onsite support /co-troubleshooting at customer site when needle.
- Participate in researching new technology trends, new solutions in IDC (as SND, SD-WAN, NFW, DDos…) or in IT (Public Cloud AWS,… Network & Security on AWS)

2. Experience:
- More than 5 year experience in equivalent positions
- Capability architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability
- Have experience in Cisco (Firepower, ACI), Fortinet, Aerohive, Meraki, Load Balancing is must
- Have experience in Security product as Cisco (Firepower, NAC), Juniper (SRX-EX), Fortinet, PaloAlto, Arbor, or Load Balancing as F5 BIG-IP, Citrix,... is an advantage
- Have experience in deploy, troubleshooting Cisco VoIP (CUCM, CUC, GW) is an advantage
- Knowledge in system as Server, Storage or Hybrid Infrastructure as VMware, Hyper-V, HCI, OpenStack... and Cloud solutions is an advantage
- Hard-working and willing to learn, self-study ability
3. Language:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
4. Skill:
- Ability with Network/Security consulting, deployment, troubleshooting.
- Have good understanding: Network model, TCP/IP model, IP & VoIP, IPsec VPN, SD Wan, planning IP address, VLAN, wireless system, security system
- Ability to solve problems in stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to sale, inexperienced users
- Time management skills
5. Acknowledgments:
- Have at least certificated professional in Networking CCNP (or JNCIP), CCNP Security (or JNCIP Security)
- Having certificates professional Collaboration (CCNP Collab), or other Security ... is an advantage.
- Have At least have one of DCA, or VCA, or CEH, MCSA or higher certificated is advantage.
