**THE MISSION OF THIS POSITION WITHIN THE BUSINESS UNIT :
The HR Manager (m/f/d) is a key interface within the global People Solutions function and acts as a local representative in terms of a single point of contact for the management team as well as all employees. The HR Manager (m/f/d) plays an important role in establishing global standards on a local level and derives input from business requirements for the further development of our People Solutions product and service portfolio.

**THE POSITION IN GENERAL :
We are looking for a Ho Chi Minh City based HR Manager (m/f/d) to truly partner with the global People Solutions function in our HQ and our local business unit to bring our team to the next level as well as engage and further develop our colleagues.

**THE CHALLENGE OF THIS POSITION (TASKS) :
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and build strong and sustainable teams
• Cooperate with all other People Solution functions to ensure state of the art HR standards and services as well as an enabling employee experience
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop local solutions, programs and policies in line with global HR governance
• Plan and facilitate strategic initiatives to execute our global business transformation on a market level
• Review and further develop structures to establish a leading people organization and drive business performance by workforce and succession planning
• Enhance the fact and KPI drove exchange with the business units to identify areas for improvement
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
• Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Issue contracts for e. g. new hires, promotions and transfers
• Manage and operate payroll

Yêu cầu công việc

• A university degree
• 3+ years of working experience as an HR generalist with a strong tech and business focus
• Familiarity with dynamic tech solution/eCommerce work environments and agile methods
• Ability to deeply engage with our colleagues of all levels
• Strong competence in moderation of critical dialogues
• Excellent knowledge of local labor law
• Focus on fast and flawless execution
• A structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English, spoken and written
