Role & Responsibility

• Head the accountability of managing a newly setup IT architecture department
• Set out the architecture strategy through technology trends, direction, and capabilities with business goals.
• Shared accountability for the choice of tools and technologies, considering the total cost of ownership and value.
• Own all aspects of the enterprise architecture governance, including policy, process, standards, and tooling.
• Shared accountability for solution design for BAU, projects and programmes for the bank.
• Work across the enterprise and group to define holistic solutions, taking advantage of technologies to address business challenges and drive efficiencies.
• Provide clear direction, structure, standards, and guidance across the Architecture department.
• Chair the ACB’s Enterprise Architecture Board together with technology stakeholder.

• Average 15 Monthly Base salary per year

Skill & Competency

• Extensive technical knowledge of experience on major technical areas of Information Technology span from Web, Data, Application, Integration to (Cloud) Infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of technology concepts, and enterprise business model of banking industry.
• Familiar with Technology processes in banking industry.
• Ability to work with different stakeholders across from business to system engineering or development, drive the conversation to a expected outcome.
• Proven ability to deliver architecture in a large-scale, fast moving and ideally a large banking environment.
• Ability to negotiate solutions with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the right results for the wider business.
• Working knowledge of software development tools and/or infrastructure automation and/or large-scale enterprise workload migrations
• History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises in mid-sized organization
• Navigating Enterprise organizations and being the trusted technical advisor
• Strong listening, presentation, written and oral communications skills when speaking with executives, IT Management and technical teams
• Experience making key and strategic adjustments to assignments and strategy to optimize results and overcome any obstacles
• Engages the customer/partner at the most senior levels and not only helps them understand and integrate with the platform, but helps the customer optimize their spend and think through their business and technology strategy
• Exceptional knowledge of problem analysis and design techniques.
• Exceptional internal, external stakeholder management skills

Quantification

• +5 years experience in IT management roles
• A bachelor‘s degree in information technology or a related field.
• Experience in system architecture may be advantageous.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and motivational skills.
• Experience in modeling and graphic representations.
