About the Role: 

We are looking for a passionate Middle/Senior UXUI  Designer, who brings along a solid knowledge base in agile and lean software development skills, alongside the ability to thrive in a collaborative working environment. The experienced veteran will have the ability to solve problems creatively in a logical and methodical manner and develop a broad visual language for Joblogic from concept to release. You will thrive to ensure you are updated with the latest UX UI Trends.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Working with the Product and Marketing team to maintain a cohesive design and experience throughout our product, providing expertise while following the direction of management and clients.
• Raise the capacity, skills and quality of user-centered design on your product.
• Exercise your expertise to deliver compelling customer experiences.
• Provide and encourage feedback from management, clients and other members of the product development team.
• Create an Affinity Diagram at any time during the pre-design process.
• Responsible for both Mobile App & Web App design.
• Successfully use and apply wireframes in order to interface concepts.
• Create prototypes to show and demonstrate interactions.
• Regularly participate in design reviews.
• Study analytics to understand user behavior.
• Build and maintain design systems.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Information Technology, or relevant field.
• 3+ years of design experience as a UX UI designer.
• Ability to create clean, visually consistent designs.
• In-depth knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, FigJam.
• Updated with the latest UI standard, trends and principles.
• Knowledgeable in creating wireframes, visual mockups graphics, user workflows, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Knowledge of design systems, like Google’s Material Design, Salesforce’s Lightning Design System, etc.
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Good English communication is required.
• Portfolio is required.

Good to Have: 

• Ability to understand the basic of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap to create ready-to-code designs.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences at various levels of our organization.
