Every team in Optimizely is responsible for driving customer outcomes, and SalesOps is no exception. We ensure that executive management have the insights they need, that the field is empowered to exceed customer expectations, and that internal teams have the processes and tools to be effective.

We are looking for a smart, hardworking, Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The right candidate will have experience working in a similar role, be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across the business, and have the technical expertise to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Application rights management including profiles/permissions, role hierarchy, security models, application customization
• Work to deadlines to deliver Salesforce solutions (fields, objects, automations) for the business
• Build flows, process builders, and other automations
• Troubleshoot issues in the system
• Work with Business Analysts to design suitable solutions for the business
• Meet with end users to facilitate testing of new functionality and perform troubleshooting

• Approximately 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Central IT
• Collaborative team player
• Ability to build effective working relationships and develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
• Possess strong and effective planning, execution, presentation, communications, and multi-tasking skills
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership in his or her work
