HUTBOT is a fast-growing team in Pizza Hut Digital Ventures. The team is responsible for optimizing back of house operations in Pizza Hut restaurants across 70+ countries in the world through super-app mobile applications.

HUTBOT is looking for a Business Analyst who can transform business requirements from product roadmap into executable product stories for engineering team. Besides, BA plays an important role in standardizing the working process in this team.

Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business Owner, Product Architect, Delivery Manager, Data Analytics team to set aligned direction for your product, establishing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Communicate internally and externally to evangelize vision and inspire all stakeholders to get them on the same page
• Execute research and customer discovery to learn, shape, and test roadmap ideas through MVP
• Collaborate with managers to standardize working processes for team
• Define and manage business analysis & design practices and mindset across Agile teams
• Work with business users to elicit and define user requirements through the use of the most appropriate method(s), and translate them into functional requirements, and contribute to the management expectations
• Analyse requirements that are uniquely traceable, verifiable and prioritised in a manner that is acceptable to both business and technology stakeholders
• Use data and process modelling tools (including, but not limited to, process mapping, business, object, and dataflow modelling) to analyse and represent information in an effective form, in order to translate business requirements into meaningful statements of work
• Assess existing processes to identify redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business
• Produce conceptual designs, and contribute to the development of business cases
• Support the delivery of features including on-going JIRA maintenance of features and stories/tasks
• Apply strong Business Analysis skills and methodologies to ensure that what is produced is aligned and value maximised for our customers
• Engage and discuss with the stakeholders on the status of a project, as well as constantly ensure business requirements are understood by the team
• Support and review the testing scenarios, test data, and defects verification throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Represent the project team at workshops, presentations, showcases, and other meetings as appropriate, ensuring any decisions made are communicated back to the engineering team

Required:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on technology-enabled projects or software development with highly developed Technical Analysis skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written) and strong Presentation capabilities
• Advanced skills in using suitable tools for business modelling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mockups /wireframes/prototypes, etc

Would be nice to have:

• Have knowledge of Mobile app development
• Good working knowledge of various aspects of technology solutions (e.g. user interfaces, API, databases, system integration) and dealing with technology specialists
• Experience in the UI/UX (Mobile) or understanding of user-centric mindset
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science or related area
• Any additional certification or training in BA, PO, UX or related area (e.g. PSPO, CSPO, CBAP)(Preferred)
